Payment and Shipping

Once you are happy with your essential items you can pay securely by credit card through this site or payPal. We will not accept COD for hand delivered items. All items being delivered/pick-up should be paid in advance via Cash app ($Elotus911).

Returns & Refunds

Because these are personal essentials Denise Essentials will not accept any returns on soaps or body butters. If your items are lost/damaged during shipping Denise Essentials will replace any lost or damaged items.
